Beijing Aerospace XINGDA Science and Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of No. 230 Factory in No. 9 Academy, CASC (Chinese Aerospace Science Corportation). No.230 Factory (also called Beijing Xinghua Machinery Factory) is the super-precision machining center in China aerospace industry system. XINGDA is founded to develop the civil industries based on the resources of No. 230 Factory.
    Famous for its design and technology, XINGDA (DUNS No.: 544967859) is one of the earliest company specialized in R&D Throttle Bodies (TB) and Fuel Rail (FR) Assemblies used in automotive engine systems. The company also accepts some manufacturing works of made-to-order equipment such as tobacco machinery and printing machines. Since Sept 2000, XINGDA has entered into co-operation with BDW (Beijing Delphi Wanyuan) as its formal supplier of TB and FR assemblies.Our management system of designing and manufacturing FR and TB has passed the ISO/TS16949:2002 Authentication of SGS-CSTC Standard Technical Service Co., Ltd. in January 2006, followed by a successful pass of second audit in 2009.
    XINGDA has a 3000sqms plant in Beijing Development Area. here are 3 assembling lines for FR with an annual capacity of 1.2million parts, and 2 assembling lines for TB with an annual capacity 0.8million parts, and 2 brazing furnaces with an annual capacity of 210 tons. One of the TB assembly line was built on Jan 2009 for the TB project used on Kohler (USA) gardening system engines. The line has realized world-advanced high automatic technology by using LVDT, LOADCELL, PLC, and other error-proofing and Poka-Yoke devices.
    In recent years, XINGDA has made great progress on the marketing and customer development. The company has started to cooperate with Continental Automotives (Germany), Hitachi (Suzhou), and Synerject(changchun).
